I recently got my first pair of spectacles from CG Optical, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Aki and Claire were absolutely fantastic. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses for my needs. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I'm so grateful for their excellent customer service and love my new glasses!

To be honest I was not looking forward to acquiring my first pair of vary focal glasses, from choosing the right frame to becoming comfortable with the new lenses….there was no need to be though! The team at CG Optical were very friendly, supportive and above all professional. I have been purchasing both glasses/sunglasses from Claire Gough for more years than I care to remember!! Every level from the initial testing to the choosing of frames is an amazing experience. i came to CG optical for a pair of prescription sunglasses and i am delighted with my experience here. due to concerns over my prescription, i had a complimentary eye test and came away not only with prescription sunglasses but new lenses for my normal glasses. not only is the service amazing but they are really dedicated to helping you at every step of the way. i had a need for my sunglasses before a certain day and after ringing and asking if this was possible - they said they’d do all they could, i did get them in time!! i am super grateful for everyone on the team, and i would definitely recommend this branch to anyone who is even relatively local - you cannot beat it! :)

Very thorough eye test and very helpful selecting new frames for my varifocals. Good range in stock - found some particularly comfortable Oliver Peoples frames which are awesome. Good communication. Glasses ready really quickly. Very pleased with the service and my new prescription glasses.

Well what can I say! I wanted a really decent pair of glasses and I have to say I am blown away with CG Optical. Not only a large excellent choice of frames, superior lenses etc but they also do hearing aids and even aesthetics. The people make it, make you feel so welcome. They are professional and so so so helpful. They help you to choose styles, give honest advice and excel in excellent customer service. I feel like I have found new friends let alone a classy opticians. So happy to be one of their customers. Keep up the good work.
