I am very happy to be joining the CG team. With over 15 years’ experience as a qualified Optometrist and two degrees in the field, I bring both expertise and genuine care to every patient I see. Recently accredited with the Dry Eye Accreditation from Moorfields Eye Hospital, I am excited to be leading the Dry Eye Suite at CG. Using advanced technology, I will offer an in-depth consultation and create a tailored, personalised treatment plan to help each patient find lasting relief and comfort. I believe that everyone deserves to have healthy, comfortable eyes and I am here to make that happen with kindness, understanding, and the touch of professionalism you can trust.
I work in partnership with CG Optical providing a comprehensive hearing assessment every Wednesday. I have a wealth of experience within Audiology having completed a Masters in Audiology and worked within this field for over 10 years. I specialise in Adult Audiology, hearing aids and tinnitus. I get the greatest enjoyment from helping people enhance their hearing as well as their quality of life.
I work at CG Optical on Mondays and have done so for 14 years since it was Harrisons. I qualified 28 years ago. I love working at CG Optical as they have the latest technology and allow the time for me to give patients the very best service. I particularly enjoy contact lenses and catching up with the rest of the team!
I have been a qualified Optometrist for nearly 7 years. CG Optical has some of the best eye imaging technology and allows plenty of time for each appointment so I really enjoy being able to give the patients the highest quality of care. Also, due to being the only male in the practice – I usually get roped into Becky’s social media posts!
I work in the practice part-time. I have over 25 years of experience in Optometry and recently completed the College of Optometrists Diploma in Ocular Therapeutics: Independent Prescribing. This allows me to prescribe various medications in the form of drops, creams and/or tablets for the treatment of many common eye conditions just like your GP. I really enjoy being part of the team as it is a very relaxed and friendly environment.
I have worked at CG Optical for nearly two years. I’m usually the first person you speak to, either on the phone or when you pop into the practice. I love welcoming all our patients – old and new and ensuring your requirements are always met. I also love helping Becky with our social media videos for you to watch!

I manage the Aesthetics Clinic. I work alongside my mum ‘Claire’ who has taught me everything I know about optics! I love being part of our family business, we all get on really well and work great as a team offering 5-star customer service. I am a qualified Advance Aesthetics Practitioner and particularly enjoy posting videos on social media to keep you updated on our news.
I have worked in optics for nearly 20 years and feel as passionately about my work today as I did 20 years ago! I come from an independent, luxury eyewear background and adore frame styling and offering the latest bespoke optical lenses. I am extremely excited to be a part of a high calibre, truly independent opticians and being part of a team that offers an outstanding 5 star customer experience
