Cancellation Policy
You are very important to us at CG Optical and we are always committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.
Please call us at 01789 268 828 on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations.
If prior notification is not given or the appointment is missed, a cancellation fee of £30 may be charged. We do of course understand that unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you.
